Fresh Organic Lettuce From The Garden On November 17th

Here is a series of photos showing me harvesting organic lettuce today. The temperature in the garden last night was 19.3F.

You won't find insects, slugs, or other unsavory characters in your lettuce after a couple of cold nights!  

I still perform a thorough inspection and give the lettuce a good washing.
