Jams I Made Last Year

I make jam from the berries I grow from my garden. I will provide a detailed jam making post sometime in the future. In general,  it's just a process that you have to do a few times and then you get the knack of it.

Here is a list of the jams I make last year:

• raspberry
• strawberry
• cherry
• raspberry, strawberry, chocolate liqueur
• raspberry, cherry
• raspberry, cherry, black liqueur
• black currant
• red currant
• gooseberry
• apple, lemon

A few are missing because I couldn't control myself and some of my friends got to "taste test" for quality control purposes.

I planted blueberry bushes two years ago so next year they should producing berries so I can add a new flavor to my selection. 

There is nothing like sitting on the front porch having a snack of homemade jam looking out on the berry bushes.
